Circle
"The circle is ancient and arguably in our DNA." -Tenneson
The circle is a way of listening together and a way of being smarter together. You can learn it in a half hour and you can practice it for a lifetime. It is a slower pace and requires a talking piece.

The circle is a way of listening together and a way of being smarter together. You can learn it in a half hour and you can practice it for a lifetime. It is a slower pace and requires a talking piece.

- Group size is a plus
- The room didn't get that loud
- People were really honest

- The first round felt awkward with the talking piece, but got more comfortable as you go
